We ship the boards via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Sea shipping is also provided for large quantity orders.
The standard files we accept is Gerber files (RS274X format). However, we also can accept Altium Designer/DXP/Eagle format.
Of course, however, please note that components you ship maybe bring you import duties and should be afforded on your side.
We can keep in our stock or return to you, whatever you prefer.
Our standard lead time for PCB assembly production is 5-7 working days after all components and PCB are available. Prototype assembly is 3-4working days and we provide expedited 12H/24H/48H services for PCB assembly. For Assembly order the lead time main depend on components.
We strictly control the product quality under the guidance of ISO9001 quality system, IPC-A-610E standard and SPC control method, all PCBA boards will be test 100%. Visual Inspection, X-ray Inspection, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), ICT/FCT is available for us.

PCB panelized is needed in an array for PCB assembly. If the project quantity over 100pcs, we request the boards should be panelized, it will be more quick than single boards during assembly. We can ship the boards with single units or panelized PCBA with you prefer.
