PCB project：
Upload your PCB files together with PCB specifications on our website or email us directly. We can accept Altium, EAGLE, and Gerber files.
PCB specifications: Should include material, thickness, copper thickness, layers, stack-up, finish surface, solder mask and other special technical requirements.
PCBA project:
Upload your PCB files (same as the above PCB project)BOM (Bill of Material) with completed component descriptions of manufacturer, P/N, designator, etc. Pick & place fileComplete procedure of programming and function test if neededOther special requirements

Review
DFM Check
UETPCBA engineering team will do the DFM checking before production to avoid potential mistakes in your PCB design.
BOM Review
We will review the description/footprint/value of parts if matched with PN before placing an order.
Components Sourcing
According to customer BOM, we will inspect the parts supply chain and inventory status, and will provide suitable alternatives which are out of stock for customer reference.

Manufacturing Requirements
Confirm the quantity, lead time and other technical requirements then put your order into production promptly.
Payment

Prototype order
PCB/PCBA Prototype order will be proceeded first and sent to you for approval. We provide feedback for your prototype run to get your batch production going smoothly.
Bulk Production
After your prototype is working, we will start bulk production and strictly control the production process and quality.

Packing
All our PCB boards shipped with vacuum package.
All our PCBA boards shipped with anti-static packaging and Shock-proof packaging.
Custom packaging and labeling services are provided.
Shipping
UETPCBA provides Air shipping and Sea shipping.
Air shipping, the boards shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or special logistics line, the standard transportation time is 3-5 working days.
Sea shipping will be the most economical way for large quantity orders.
